The best meal before an important game is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Boston celtics's power forward said it best. Kevin Garnett made eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich before a game a NBA tradition. 

How to make a game changing peanut butter sandwich.

  • 2 slices of bread
  • Jelly
  • Peanut butter 
  • Knife or spoon
Step 1: Spread the jelly on slice of the bread.
Step 2: Spread the peanut butter on the other slice of bread.
Step 3: Place one slice on top of the other, mashing the peanut butter and jelly together.
Following these steps (above) you will have a game changing peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
